Before we get started, this is never a recommendation or endorsement to buy any token(s) mentioned, and here’s a few risks to consider:

  • Smart contract risk in any underlying protocols

  • Pool size and liquidity depth

  • Front-end spoof attack on an app frontend

  • An economic design exploit

  • Colluding signers on any multisig

  • Systemic risk across DeFi, including stablecoin depegs

Stablecoin Yields

(Note: we’ve upped all minimum TVL thresholds from $1M to $10M)

Here’s links to the top 5 yielding stablecoin pools for the past 7 days according to Vaults.fyi:

11.42% - sDOLA

Min $10M TVL

We’re sharing a few of our favorite stablecoin yield threads/ideas we saw this week:

First up is McKenna sharing the stability of Syrup stable yields:

Next up is a nice list from Stopthefire01:

Stephen from DeFi Dojo always does a great job curating some of the best stablecoin yields in DeFi:

And finally, fixed yields on Term are looking nice here too (maturities have been updated):

ETH & BTC Yields

(Note: we’ve upped all minimum TVL thresholds from $1M to $10M)

Here’s links to the top 5 yielding ETH and BTC pools for the past 7 days according to Vaults.fyi:

Min $10M TVL

Bonus: One of the reasons Tokemak has become a mainstay here is because of its high yield but also transparency. You know what you’re getting and furthermore, Archer put out an excellent piece this week showing how they display their APYs and how accurate they are compared to much of DeFi. Check it out here:

Here is their flagship AutoETH pool that’s yielding 11.21% APY:

(8.25% ETH + 2.96% TOKE)

Yield Trading

Some quick news, Pendle is moving towards permissionless yield markets, check out this post from the main account:

Here’s some of the best PT yields across ETH, BTC and Stables

ETH

8.55% - 10.19%

BTC

8.52% - 11.92%

Stables

16.3% - 17.84%

Leverage Looping Yields

Looping can be a very effective leverage strategy to earn more yield, but one must be cautious to monitor borrowing rates, and liquidations which are a necessary cost to generate such leveraged yields (we don’t recommend max leverage). It’s also important to know if you’re going after points or real yield when looping.

We’re highlighting Build On Bitcoin (BOB) once again this week as Euler expanded there recently and these strategies have some nice incentives. Check out this one below for SolvBTC:

(Yields above are currently incentivized with rEUL and OP rewards)

One last one. The USL pool by Usual and Euler has been capping out, but a proposal recently passed to raise it to $500M capacity. The Usual Intern breaks this opportunity down nicely below. It could be worth keeping an eye on this one:

That’s all for now, thanks for checking it out!
