Smart contract risk in any underlying protocols
Pool size and liquidity depth
Front-end spoof attack on an app frontend
An economic design exploit
Colluding signers on any multisig
Systemic risk across DeFi, including stablecoin depegs
Stablecoin Yields
Here’s links to the top 5 yielding stablecoin pools for the past 7 days according to Vaults.fyi:

Bonus: Term Finance introduced a really novel new vault product recently. The founder of Term Labs, Dion Chu wrote a nice overview for our newsletter here:
Basically, this vault product will allow Term depositors to accrue high passive real yields. The vaults are managed by risk curators and assets will either be in fixed-term loans on Term or deposited in AAVE. The curators will have the latitude to rebalance assets into whatever is the higher rate.
ETH & BTC Yields

9.67%- Iconic Ecosystem WETH
9.55% - Swaap Lend WETH
9.15% - Instadapp ETH v2

Bonus: Tokemak Autopools continue to be a strong source of yield with their flagship AutoETH. Yields actually went up from last week and are currently yielding 10.68% (6.49% base + 4.19% TOKE):

Bonus: DeFi Dojo made a nice thread of some of his favorite ETH yields this week that are worth checking out:
ETH Foundation starts using Aave,
The sitting U.S. president is accumulating ETH,
How can you be bearish?

Yield Trading
Pendle - I’ve been personally farming the Resolv airdrop (my referral) and something that slipped by my radar was Resolv Base pools going live on Pendle. This is meaningful because the newer Base YT pools are getting a lot more points distribution compared to the older ETH YT pools.
I actually think these new Base YTs are a good opportunity to play catchup if you are coming to Resolv late and are bullish on the airdrop. See below:

From Resolv site, these ETH YTs are about to drop down to 15 points per 1 YT in 7 more days.

These Base YTs are earning 60 points per 1 YT until Feb 23.
Note: there is no penalty if you want to switch from ETH YT pool to the Base YT pool. I asked a member of Pendle and they confirmed you will receive points up until you pull them and then receive points again once they are redeployed into the new pool. I’m currently weighing the risk/reward of migrating my YTs over to this new Base pool and think it makes sense.
Leverage Looping Yields
Looping can be a very effective leverage strategy to earn more yield, but one must be cautious to monitor borrowing rates, and liquidations which are a necessary cost to generate such leveraged yields (we don’t recommend max leverage). It’s also important to know if you’re going after points or real yield when looping.
Fluid just updated their UI for looping and are calling it “Multiply” see the details below:
We heard your feedback about looping positions on Fluid and we've got just the fix.
Introducing Multiply ✖️
You can easily leverage the position in one click, and see the max APY and all relevant stats.

The GHO opportunity that DMH is highlighting below is offering a max leverage APY of 46.43% at the time of writing this, but definitely don’t use the max. ~30% APY looks attainable with a more conservative amount of leverage:
Some time ago, I was talking to @DefiIgnas about lending markets and he told me that he really likes @KaminoFinance because it has good yields
I was very surprised because Fluid has higher yields but even sophisticated users were not realizing it. This was the day we decided to… x.com/i/web/status/1…
