Markets Are Sh*t So Let's Leverage Farm Stablecoin Yields

Markets have been in down-only mode lately. Traders are realizing easy mode is done.

Stablecoins are a haven for us crypto investors who want to keep capital onchain. Thankfully, we’re still at a point where stablecoin lending yields are competitive relative to T-bill yield, but we can further amplify these yields to achieve 20-40% without major risk of liquidation through what’s known as looping.

Looping is when you continuously borrow and redeposit an asset as collateral. For example, I can use a yield-bearing asset like sUSDe earning 5-10% APY, borrow USDC, swap it for more sUSDe, redeposit as collateral, and rinse and repeat to build a larger position netting out more yield.
